My mother has filed her taxes three times with this company and she still hasn’t seen a refund upon realizing this issue. I tried to contact them myself to resolve the problem and to ask for copies of previous tax paperwork and I’ve come to the office several times to where it is closed And no one has been able to help me obtain this information for my mother. I suggest going somewhere else to get your taxes done.
