The experience was amazing! I went to a different company to handle my taxes but I got scammed for it and then the holy ghost led me to atax and Kate was very empathetic. She guided me and actually took time to explain to me the whole tax situation. She was on the call with me the whole time and remembered my situation. This time there was no scam. No 2k worth of payment bc that's what I did with the other company and failed. No BS at all.
I've used them two years in a row. 100% recommended.
