Marcus is GREAT! We do our personal and business returns through him and he saves us money where we didn’t even know we could save. He’s very good at knowing the all the loopholes! Also we recently just bought a house and Marcus was VERY helpful getting us documents we needed for closing. 110% recommend!
Extremely dishonest and unreliable. They gave me multiple promised completion dates just to secure my business but never followed through. They showed no concern for filing on time and lacked transparency throughout the process. Despite having over two weeks to complete my return, they ignored all my calls and texts.
