Nurse with the glasses is condescending and rude, but other than that wasn't too awful. Very reasonable time everything in one building it's great actually, she was the only problem, her bedside manner is terrible and she explains things she does not need to not sure the reason she felt the need to do so and repeat herself. Dr was very nice Dr is great
I love Dr. Ricther and staff. They are definitely on top of patient care. Friendly and knowledgeable. I stand behind these people 100%

Changed my PCP too get seen got left in a room over 20 minutes waiting nurse comes in for my blood pressure confused let her do my blood pressure again then the nurse tells me twice I can leave even though I haven't even gotten seen too be treated what type of place does that
The service this clinic provides is pitiful The incompetence of the staff is beyond pathetic. Dr Shadowens always sends conflicting information, fails to give clear direction and every single time there is an appointment, some bs comes up with the front staff. I'm done wasting my time commuting, I am finding a different provider.
