I have had a great experience with my pediatrician Dr.Moreno. Wait time has not been too bad and any issues with baby's health has been addressed each time. I would definitely recommend!
I went to get a physical today and was not given thorough one, only my weight, temperature, and blood pressure were taken when she went to hear my heart she just put the stethoscope up to my heart once, didn’t check how my lungs sounded, didn’t check my ears, my throat, my stomach, my reflexes and the when I was telling her about my one big issue she was dismissive like I don’t know what I’m talking about and just wanting to end the exam asap. Everyone is always so nice and quick
Many issues over the years so finally just changed providers for my daughter. Main problem being Dr. Moreno. Absolutely rude and does not do her job.
Update: They did a big overhaul a few years back and everyone is friendly now! You do still have to wait, but I wouldn’t say any more than your average doctor’s office. Definitely try booking early morning for best wait times. I would rather pull out my own tooth, than have to speak or deal with the receptionist here. Dr. Moreno is great, but this location is always running way behind and despite numerous complaints they do nothing about their rude staff. I’m switching doctors ASAP.
