HORRIBLE customer service! We had two vehicles tinted however they left bubbles on one side of my husband’s truck. We spoke with the owner/manager at least 3 times who told us to bring the truck back at business opening and they would take care of it, however they Never showed up each time. Today we waited 1 1/2 hrs and they never showed up, voice mail wasn’t set up and no one answered calls. Brought in a car straight from the dealership with one hour to spare before closing and they accommodated us with great service and stay two hours after to complete the job! And they are very affordable
I used to take my vehicles here for windshield replacement and tinting and were regular customers. This was the only place I would come to in Atascocita to tint all my vehicles, but as soon as our ceramic tint in one of our trucks started peeling off I took it there for warranty and the guy denied ever installing the tint. Unfortunately I didn’t save my receipt but never thought the guy would play me like this. Bad product bad customer service.
Always great work from the good folks down at Atascocita tinting. Highly recommend.
Went in for a back glass replacement on my truck. Guy took 2 hours and had my AC on blast the whole time they did my truck. AC hasn’t been the same ever since that day. They also didn’t bother vacuuming my truck after tearing off the old glass so i was left with glass pieces all over my truck bed and back seat. Would not go again unless it is an emergency.
