Worst doctor¿s visit ever. I have put up with this doctor for years; I should have left long ago. I suffer from four things: depression, anxiety, high cholesterol, and trouble sleeping. Today I asked for a refill for the anxiety medicine, and she said, that if I was "asking" for it, then I must be addicted to it. She then told me that she "Doesn't trust me" with anxiety medicine, because I might overdose and kill myself, because then she would have to go to court and might lose her license. Nice staff and staff. What has kept me coming to Dr Hoang, for so many years is attitude. Let me explain, that she cares more about my health than even me, has called me at home to ensure that I am getting better, and even came in on Saturday to her office to see me. Why cant all doctors be like her.
Dr. Hoang has been my physician for 8 years now. Had to do a drop in appt today for respiratory illness. She is always very thorough in assessing and explaining treatments to her patients. I am in healthcare and very selective about who is my primary care physician. Dr. Hoang is one of the most committed physicians I have ever met.
Dr Hoang has been my primary doctor for approximately 5 years, but an incident last week has caused me to start looking elsewhere for my medical care. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment and she refused to see me even though no other patients were waiting. Obviously her scheduling was more important her and her staff than my health.
