I'm new to Iron River and gave this place a try. I'm sure glad that I didn't pay any attention to the negative review someone left, I'd have missed out! Both women working with me today, and the eye doctor himself were top-notch! I'm very happy with Iron County Eye Center, I'll definitely be receiving my eye care here
The staff here is very unhelpful and rude. They are not willing to help their patients. I feel as if we are just a number to them. My sister got glasses there with the medical card and they broke so I had her call to get the measurements that I needed to get her some new glasses and they told her that it was a fee of $25 for a measurement that they already have on file. They took this measurement when they ordered her glasses so they want to make her pay $25 for doing what inconveniencing them? Well I love 9 hours away and c... read more
