I absolutely regret every ATAG boiler I installed in the past as ATAG are now utterly incompetent and seemingly uncaring. Waiting weeks for parts, people on the phone who don't have a clue. Being bought by Ariston was the death of this company
Not very helpful. Not interested in supplying to engineers only to retailers. I wish I had known this before I fitted about 30 of their boilers. Prices are astronomical.
Really poor. Lack of clear communication and terrible communication between departments. Offer 'optionals' on top of quoted price but unable to explain if they were necessary. We started off wanting to buy 2 boilers but after a day of back and forth gave up on the idea and decided to use another company.
Technical help spot on, a bit of a wait to get through but once connected, problem sorted in a few minutes
Poor quality of the boilers. Horrible customer service. 5 years of nightmare. Every time they are trying to avoid a warranty repair and charge you.
