They're a decent company. Yeah customer support isn't that great, but it's not their fault they don't have more Americans running the place. I just ordered a server from them, and they contacted me to verify the details of my order, so at least they're trying. The one thing I really hate is their outdated website design-- they don't even have PayPal set up as a payment option!

This was one of the only places I was able to buy a Supermicro motherboard I needed. I picked it upo while on a business trip to the area. The employees were very polite and responsive.

Terrible customer support online when trying to order a product. Sends a cheap notepad document to verify order issues. Does not respond to emails sent on behalf of current orders and is closed during normal business hours.
