The ATAC law firm in Burnaby Canada handled a complicated matter for us and I can't say enough great things about them. Our attorney James Un and his colleague Maliza Kananga were fantastic! They took the time to understand our unique case -- which involved parties in both Canada and the US -- and provided excellent work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using them should you need legal counsel.
My experience with this law firm has been deeply disappointing. The attorney clearly outlined the fee arrangement in written communication, based on which I paid an advance deposit. However, after payment, the lawyer reversed the original agreement, citing "partner requirements," and demanded that I accept significantly higher rates. When I proposed a compromise, I was met with cold rejection there was no willingness to negotiate at all and ultimately, I had no choice but to terminate the engagement.
