Our experience with them was very poor. At the conclusion of our closing we were instructed to drop off the PRE (homestead exemption) to the township office. That in itself was strange as title company’s typical handle this. The worse part is the document wasn’t properly filled out. The result was months of fighting with the township to get a principal residence exemption for the right property tax rate.
