I had a fantastic experience with Ms Chen , Thank you very much for the help she gave me. She is a very professional and good lawyer, highly recommended.
My experience with Terry was rather unprofessional. I had to remind him on several documents that he provided was incorrect. He is smooth when it comes to making excuses and sending update document instead of apologizing or recognizing his errors. I would expect some professionalism from a lawyer when paying thousand of dollars on a property completion transaction which he failed me on.
