I've had a few car repairs done here - rectification insurance work due to other bad repairers. The service has always been friendly, and prompt. The quality of the work done has been great too. I will continue to return to the ATA team for future work and would happily recommend them to friends and family.
Great business partner for all of my fleet repair needs.
Everyone is very friendly and attentive until they have your car. No updates given, never return calls, repairs took twice as long, the owner is extremely rude, and work is expensive, and quality is ok. Never again.
Picked up my car today and was very happy, everything fixed well, even random scratches were fixed. Looks new again. Thanks to Todd and team. Highly recommended!!!
I’d give a 0 if possible these people are frauds they lied and lied about my car being repaired that they had ordered parts and were set to complete my car after 4 months of nothing being done. I even called AFCA to file a complaint about the lack of communication and delays they were giving me, only to receive a call today OCT 8th that parts were never ordered and they sent out fake receipt to my insurance company .
