I really dislike these shops. At the Cambridge shop, I was once hassled when I tried to exchange a new part that I bought there, when they had mistakenly given me one of the wrong dimension. Also, at the Concord shop, I tried to engage the owner in a conversation about their 3d bike fitting system. He monopolized the conversation constantly berating all other bike shops, yet was unable to offer any helpful explanation of the service I was interested in.
