We called Bill with a dryer issue, and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He called me back quickly, and we were good to go. We will be sure to use him again with our future repair needs. Thanks Bill!
William came out and looked at our dryer. Took it all apart, cleaned it, and had it working in no time! Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will have him out again next time!
One of the few appliance repair techs that can be reached. Gave very straight answers and easy to work with.
He called me back 2 minutes after I left a message. My dishwasher was not lighting up at all, as if it had no power. I checked the breaker and it was ok. He suggested I turn the dishwasher off at the breaker for 5 minutes and then turn back on. Dishwasher started working again. He could have easily come out and charged me for his time and expertise, however helped me over the phone. Thank you so much. Highly RECOMMEND.
