I have been coming to this salon since it opened. I see Rochelle, the owner. I like her because she never overbooks so I am not left waiting with a bag on my head for hours waiting my turn. I despise that practice by a lot of African American salons. Rochelle aslo is great because she can do any type of hair (hence the name International) to include Asian, Caucasian, African American, Black, whatever.
