I was assigned to this company as my dishwasher was having issues and it was under an extended warranty. After reading the horrible reviews, I almost canceled the appointment and paid another company out of pocket. I’m glad I didn’t. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their tech , Stephen L, came out and diagnosed the problem. He had to order the part and came back out a week later and fixed the problem. If I ever have any other appliance issues in the future, I’ll use this company and request Stephen L.
This company was sent to my home through my extended warranty on my Frigidaire refrigerator. They were sent to replace the component for my icemaker, and instead the technician blew up the motherboard in my refrigerator. Failed to tell me that my refrigerator was no longer running and left my house. He was super unprofessional, and quite frankly made me uncomfortable in my own home. Only used because of extended warranty from national appliance and after enduring previous repair fiascos with them I found myself again calling for an appointment and that’s all I did called them 2 days in a row left numerous messages and never heard back from them. Requested a different service company and luckily they had another one
Only used this company because National Appliance in Fairfax sent them to handle an issue with our oven igniter bc it was still under warranty. This is the second time in 5yrs the igniter has gone out. I would never book with a company with such low reviews otherwise. The company is lacking in technology/know-how to schedule their appts in a professional manner. GE warranty sent them to my house. I was raised to not say anything if you don't have anything nice to say.......... There reviews say it all.
