AYS renovated TWO of our bathroom. Not only was the work exceptional, but they completed the job in 2 weeks as promised. The crew (Paulo, Pedro, Matteo) was great! They worked 6 days/week including a holiday to get the job done without delay. They were friendly, accommodating, and took great care to keep the mess contained. We had ZERO issues with the care and craftsmanship! Highly recommend AYS!!! My only regret is not undergoing the renovation sooner!
***RUN DON’T WALK*** It should have been included in the completed project and AYS is attempting to charge us for their mistake in the way of a Change Order. “Free” may be how they see it, completed project at the estimated cost is how we see it. Beware of AYS Restoration’s change-order practices. From our experience, their initial estimate undercuts reality and the project quickly fills with repeated change orders. Items that were “left out” of the original bid kept reappearing as added-cost change orders — not occasional oversights, but a steady pattern that made it feel like the low bid was intentional to win the contract, with the expectation they’d recoup margin later through constant add-ons. From the beginning to the end, it was professionally done. From design to installation. Crew was very good and kept the work area tidy. They really outdid themselves. I love the final results. The whole process went smoothly and I will definitely enjoy my new bathrooms for a long time! Great job!!!
