Excellent service, and the best prices in the Bay area as far as I can tell. I called around and nobody will do it for $15 per signature. I went there with my blind and elderly friend. Because my friend couldn't walk up the stairs, she agreed to meet us on the first floor with her equipment. She was compassionate, kind and organized. Total lifesaver! Whereas UPS stores all fail to update their phone systems to indicate that their notary reps leave early or are unavailable (and that’s if you can navigate through their phone tree), this was delightful amidst a one day turnaround emergency. $15/sig means you probably don’t want to close a house this way, but to authorize someone else to close it in another state, it’s perfect.

Called and got same day appointment. Fast, friendly very professional service. So much better than the UPS store at Marina Village for notary service. Easy, free street parking on a Tuesday at 4pm. Paid $15 for my notary work.
