I worked with Randy Hall in 2019. He and Johnny demo’d our Master bathroom. They put in a new shower and floor. While I gave a good review after the work was done because it “looked nice” I now feel it’s important to let others know that we have had multiple problems with plumbing issues. The floor of the shower was not sloped properly and we have to “push” the water to the drain with a squeegee every time we take a shower. We are seeing signs again of soft drywall around the shower.
