Warranty work on a Bosch 500 series dishwasher. Called the day of the appointment and gave a 2 hr window (11 - 1), arrived during that time and fixed it in 15 minutes. Said it was a common hinge problem that happens during installation... something slips out of place that's easy to put back when you know what it is. Said it won't happen again during normal operation of the door. Easy stuff, nice guy.
I have used them for years and have been incredible impressed. Always on time, always fix my appliances, and almost always have parts on the truck. A+
THis place is awful!! They are so slow, and constantly say they do not have your parts in when my parts have been sitting their for days! No one returns your phone call and the manager is awful! She is no help at all. They have told me 3 different times they would return my call and 3 different times I received NO CALL! The tech said it would be fixed in a couple days and it's been 2 weeks now. They just lie and make stuff up and never get the work done!
Extremely Happy for 15 Years – I have used At Your Service for years and have never had a bad experience. They've always checked for warrantees for me, they've always performed exactly as they've said they would. We've had great communication. I would recommend them highly for any appliance repair. I've had different technicians in and out of my home for a variety of issues and I've been happy with each of them. I am extremely confident in At Your Service!
Rude, expensive and bad service – I have never written a comment about any service ever until now. It began by me asking the technician to please take his shoes off because it had been raining out. He flippantly said "no", then after a pause he said "you can go get me a towel if you want". I had asked them to look at my dish washer and washing machine. At Your Service NO NO DON'T DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – They deserve NO stars...it took three weeks to find out what was wrong with my dryer and then they told me another 10- 14 days before they got the part....they told me what was needed. I went on the net had it in two days ... I know customer service. I will NEVER use them again ...I hope you don't either!
Great service – I stumbled upon this company when my warranty company sent them out for my stupid washer. I was so pleased with the service provided by the technician. I have used them several times since and wouldn't use anybody else.
Reliable and prompt – I've had them out 5 times now, and our servicer Rick has taken good care of us. They have always been on time and have fixed me up right. I'm glad I found a company I can trust.
Worst Service I've Ever Experienced – I would rate them a zero if I could, the service has been that bad. They're supposed to be one of Lowes preferred service groups that handle anything with protection plans bought on appliances there - it's still beyond me how Lowes even still has a contract with them after all this time. They NEVER follow up with you. Every step of the way, I've had to call them. I placed a service call in mid July to replace a simple plastic piece on a fridge that had broken off.
