Delays, cancellations, ordered and installed wrong parts. It’s taken from Feb. 8th until March 30th to get freezer light installed. At Your Service canceled three appointments they scheduled with me, with no reason given. First ordered wrong light for freezer. Also ordered and installed wrong part for washing machine (disabling a previously functioning machine). Wouldn’t even acknowledge that there was a problem with the washing machine and refused to come back out. Had to get another company, who installed new (correct pa... read more
GE should be ashamed to have this outfit do their warranty work. GE web site farms the job to At Your Service and you wait a week for the service call. The the game begins, they don’t have the part, need to order. You never hear from then again. You call and if they answer they say that 20 boxes of parts have arrived. I am still waiting, been over a month, no response. I finally took the microwave back to Lowes and received a refund. Shame on you GE!
