Shaya catered a Friday night Shabbat gathering for over 30 people at my home. He was fun to work with, had great suggestions and needed zero management when he came over -- he had everything ready to go and figured out my kitchen. He made good suggestions to manage the flow of people so there were no bottlenecks at the dining table. He was friendly, easy going and also very much in charge -- great combo!
