Amazing
Last year we discovered At The Table when we moved a freshman into college nearby. Since then, we have been dreaming about our fantastic meal and feared the next visit might not live up to our memories… happily we loved this year’s dinner even more! Just absolutely delicious.
A great dinner is about more than the food (which was inventive and delightful - do the tasting menu!!) We celebrated my grandmothers birthday with my 11 month old in tow who the staff waved to from the kitchen, brought out blueberries for when she knocked hers over and in general made the evening extra special. Absolutely wonderful night.
We genuinely don’t understand the high ratings. The food was mediocre (at best) and overpriced for what we received. Service was polite but not attentive. Our first and last visit.
This restaurant is consistently in my top 3 in the Philly/Greater Philly region for years now, and their monthly rotating tasting menu is not to be missed, love that they use local ingredients - I try to get here once a month, and every visit is a culinary and atmospheric delight.
