Lindsey and Van do a great job at The Spot. Never have I once known what I actually known wanted when I went in, and they have always made me something delicious and exciting. they know everything about their menu items and ingredients, and can curate whatever you need to prep for a workout or to replenish afterwards. they have a fun assortment of muffins and waffles on certain days of the weeks, and if you check their instagram they link to local workouts and fitness challenges and are always involved in their community.
