Great properties, but horrible management and customer service. We placed a call to book a property last week and never heard back (already poor customer service). So we call them back and evidently the property isn’t available as indicated on their website, they are taking “requests.” The appropriate thing to do is to put a notification on the website so that consumers can be informed. Clearly this simple management task is beyond the scope of their capabilities.

Stayed at a cottage in Meredith NH I rented from them. Had a bat in the house on two different nights. Needless to say, we packed up and left. Mark from At The Lake Rentals would not refund us our last night's rental fee as we left a day early. It was not safe to stay at this property another night for my family and grandchildren.
Great bunch of people hands down!!
