Customer service is really good, cant say much about pricing since its retail pricing. I come here to get help and pay my bill.
Looking for problems? here is the place to go – Signed up for their $94.00 speacial. Which is suppose to give me the at&t uverse with 200 channels on tv and a $100.00 rebate. instead they charged me $105.00 and didn't send me the rebate. when I questioned Att on the phone customer assistance. they cut half my channels off but gave me a $50.oo discount and 20% off the 105.00 I went into At&t and had a loud discushion with a Rep who assured me he would straighten it out and would leave a phone message when that happened.
