Very nice community minded gym with all the equipment you need. The vibe is very down to earth and the owners are very invested in helping the community to be healthy and strong

Great gym run by great people. Lots of good equipment and a nice space to work out. lots of parking as well.
I attend the Classics class with Regina. As an older person safety is a priority for me and Regina is a great trainer, making very sure the class participants are doing the exercises correctly. She varies the circuit components to maintain interest week after week. She is encouraging and patient, knows everyone’s name and is an all round excellent trainer.
