The customer service is horrible, 1 start is too much for them, they are negligent and they find the way to steal the money, I did pay for my copay was I choice beteween another companies (was better price ), but them on the middle of the preceding they call and said that they charge me more because they make a mistake and didn’t see the order well and charge wrong, and without my authorization they charge my card, I did the complaint and they are unresponsive, I respectfully, they don’t care, even they didn’t accept respons... read more
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I would rate this practice with ZERO stars if it was available to select. They are dishonest in their Billing practices. I recommend confirming your insurance company has received the submission from the practice in a timely manner. I visited ATR November 2024 and thought all was fine. I returned for a follow-up in March 2025 and was advised I had to pay $251.00 due to my insurance company stating it would be applied to my deductible.
