The owner is professional and flexible in arranging my time to take the ID photo, even if it is a last-minute request. He used a high-quality camera with the tools he had to ensure perfect photo quality. I tried other places, and they charged higher than him, but their photos were terrible, and when I showed him, he commented that these photos wouldn't even pass Canada's requirement.
