Mark and Wayne ARE THE BEST!!!! They are compassionate and most accommodating. Of course, I was freaking out because there was a HUGE BLACK MAMBA...kidding. A rather large black snake in my living room. Unfortunately, he managed to escape by the time Mark got here. we searched for an hour. no black mamba to be be found. I am so thankful to Marc! Never in my life would i think i would have a "large rodent" in my home but some how in Baltimore City that nightmare came true. My regular exterminator (who got their contract canceled) was unavailable after i called because we had caught the critter. We needed someone to quickly come out to remove snakes from a property I had listed for sale. They were out within 20 minutes and quickly removed the snakes and recommended solutions for future prevention. Amazing service!!
