Very professional and easy going KD.
Went there to get acrylic nails and within one week they popped off one by one. Also the nail tech was no very pleasant. Please don’t go here.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The service here was absolutely disappointing. The staff were rude and gave dirty looks throughout the appointment, especially Jolie. If you can’t do a simple French tip properly, you shouldn’t be working at a nail salon! When I asked them to remove the French tip because it looked horrible, they got an attitude with me. I came in at 5:45 PM with my 6-year-old niece for regular nail polish only. I was told, “No, we’re closed.” However, the sign clearly says they close at 7 PM, while their online hours say 6 PM. What made it even more frustrating was that all the staff were sitting around doing nothing and seemed completely careless. If you’re going to close earlier than your posted hours, at least make sure your hours are updated and clearly communicated. Very disappointing experience.
