We had a wonderful couple of nights here. Maja was welcoming and helpful, the apartment spacious, clean and comfortable and the pool was inviting; what else could you want? It is situated right down on the shoreline which if you have stayed anywhere up the hill is such an advantage but still only a pleasant 10-15 walk from either Airlie Beach or Cannonvale.

Booked what was allegedly the best room. It was the Penthouse view over the bay. Never stopped in a rental so dirty. Mould indoors and floors. Cutlery drawer had insects crawling around in it. Complained and they said it would get a deep clean. Literally just wiped mould off one door! Eventually got moved but by then our stay was tainted. No one from management has reached out. Lady behind the reception did her best but obviously management should have been in touch.

Great location - close to restaurants and grocers. Room had everything we needed. The dryer wasn't the best, but it got things dry for the most part. The shower could use a deep clean and couch wasn't the best, but everything else was great, including the space itself. Nice pool right out our door and great tables to sit and watch the sunset. We didn't have an ocean view but enjoyed sitting on our deck and watching the constant barrage of people using the boardwalk. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. I can't remember... read more
