Pricing was competitive and I wanted somebody local. Communication was weak and we booked and rebooked several times costing me a few vacation days but in the end the crew completing the job did very well and left us happy.

I hired him to install gutter screens on my brand new house we just finished. The lot has trees and I knew the typical gutter would be a nightmare to keep clean. The problems started almost immediately. Within a few days of the install I was seeing water pouring over the gutters nearly everywhere. It looked as if there were no gutters on at all! When I first called At Last Gutters to get a quote, Paul had answered and showed up same day. When I told him he had the job, he said he would need a check for half down for material. When he showed up for my check he told me he would be back next day or end of week to start on job. End of week came and went. No show. My check had been cashed at this point. Paul was very responsive when we first inquired about our whole home gutter replacement project. On Monday, April 18 we hired him for the job. He asked for 1/2 down with the signed proposal, which we paid day of. Paul indicated he would start the job that week -- as early as the following day, pending material availability. The week came and went. No call, no show. Paul has repeatedly ignored our attempts to reach him by phone, email, and in person despite having taken our $1,172 deposit. Paul is a thief and a liar.
