This management company is not one I would recommend. We’ve had this company manage our community for probably at least 5-6 years. They take no responsibility in educating and informing boards as to its responsibilities in upholding community covenants. Dawn enables lazy boards and makes excuses for the boards dereliction if its duties. Our community is in the northern side of the county and she NEVER visits the community. This is a pathetic and ridiculous company that should not exist. I’ve had a cooler and a bicycle pump on my porch for over three years. And suddenly I get shitty threatening letters about. Well maybe if they didn’t creep my neighborhood like big brother it would t be a problem. Has not done much for the condos where I own. They hire companies that don't do the work the way it should be done. They do it the cheap way cutting corners. Then the owners are assessed for the cost. Beware of this company!!
