This is the second time that we have used Dr. Kirsten for our furry family members with helping them pass. She was very kind, thorough, compassionate and patient and most of all, treated our pup with respect and dignity. It was a very peaceful and comforting experience, being at home where our girl was less stressed and surrounded by those she loved.
We had to say goodbye to our two beautiful border collies last month. Dr. Bronwyn was a calm, caring, and understanding presence as our girls took their last breaths. She didn't rush us and was extremely compassionate throughout the entire process. I would recommend her services to anyone in the same situation.
Dr. Bronwyn helped our 13 year old Sheltie cross the rainbow bridge after a long journey with cancer. Her quiet and competent presence and understanding was so important to our family. We took all the time we needed to say goodbye to our boy and when it was time he went so peacefully. In addition, the responsive and personalized service we received from Jennifer, their coordinator was so helpful and our questions were answered promptly. I would recommend this vet service without hesitation.
We unfortunately had to say goodbye to our beloved puppy, Ivy. It was a decision that was so hard to make and came way sooner then we thought. At Home Veterinary Services answered right away and had a vet on the way in half an hour. Dr. Kirsten was so kind and professional.
