I was very disappointed with the service here. I have had the unfortunate experience of making the decision to put down my very old, yet very loved dog. I called this place, because I heard about their At Home Euthanasian process. However, the moment that I pressed call, it sent me to an AI automated voice message, saying that I must explain why I am calling to see if my call was important enough to be answered by someone (No further instructions of how I should word it either to make sure it understood me).
