This company has closed and is no longer operating, but still has current website information posting. Their phone number is not working. There are no contacts listed for follow up issues that are occurring for my clients. I worked with them as a loan officer for 8 years and had a great experience, but how they've handled their shut down and no clear path to a representative for escrow and other issues is very disappointing.

At Home Title appears to have gone of business. They were holding on a to a trust account for some repairs that were to be paid out once the work was completed. The company, owners and trust account disappeared. There was no communication to provide transparency of how the business closed or how the trust account were to be settled. I will be filling a police report to investigate. Please contact me if you have a similar experience.
My company has been waiting over five weeks on an escrow for work performed on one of their closed properties. We have reached out by phone and email multiple times with no response. They never answer their phone and do not reply to emails. I'm not happy with the work ethic of this company.
