Faced with a family emergency and needing an aide for my ailing parents for a short period of time, I was referred to Lindsay at Helios Home Health Agency. Lindsay arranged for a meeting right away and immediately found someone whom both my dad and mom really liked. The aide she sent to care for my parents, Leonista, was kind, compassionate, diligent and communicative (which was important!). Dealing with Lindsay was a pleasure and I would highly recommend this agency!
I want to commend my aide, Deana. For the past 7 months, she been with me 24/7, consistently exceeding my expectations in caring for my physical and emotional needs. She effectively keeps my home organized and meals prepared. Her dedication and hard work are invaluable.
