We had to make one of the hardest decisions any pet owner can face, and I can’t thank Dr. Nagel enough for the kindness and compassion she showed my family and our dog, Enzo. None of us ever want this service, but knowing such a wonderful, compassionate human will come and help your pet family member have a peaceful journey to eternal rest is a godsend. We are heartbroken over the loss of our Miss Jackie but am so grateful for the caring service.
Carrie had a busy schedule but fit us in late at night. My 15 year old 8 pound poodle deteriorated in a matter of days, where we knew it was time to say goodbye. We knew and agreed that he would go on his own without assistance, but he seemed to be in pain, and he was not eating or moving on his own. Carried was so compassionate and empathetic, I felt at ease with our decision. My ferocious Sampson passed away held by his papa on their lazy boy. I definitely recommend Carrie, she’s compassionate, gentle and empathetic.
