I use this company for my CPAP stuff. This has to be the most annoying company I have dealt with. You call to make a payment and you might get a call back in a couple weeks if you are lucky. They have no payment portal making it easy. They call you every week saying you are due for supplies just to call you back 2 days later saying it is to early. This is my second CPAP machine. I can't wait to finish doing the medicare required year of payments so I can change companies.
At Home Medical when located on Veterans was a great company to work with for my C-Pap machine and supplies. Since merging with the medical service company and moved to 13th street, I have had nothing but headaches in getting my C-Pap supplies and a new machine. There is an issue every time I have contact with them.
My daughter, Kimberly Rogers was delivered a weel chair to the rehab center in Phoenix City, Al. The wheel chair was never used because it was to small for her. The cost left after her insurance paid was paid by me. We have contacted this office to request a refund be sent to me for the amount I paid. This was over a month and a half ago and this refund had not been received by us. These people are dishonest. I went there to get 2 cannulas for my portable oxygen concentrator, which was purchased from them, and I was told the cannulas were free because of that fact. Turns out, I thought I was charged $11 for 2 nebulizer masks with tubing and when I left the store, there was only 1 nebulizer mask and tubing. I called to question why I was charged $11, and Stacy said I was charged $3 each for the 2 cannulas I got even though I was told they would be free. Stacy didn't try to make this right in any way.
