Dropped off Doctor's orders and insurance information for medical equipment. Waited over a week and didn't receive a phone call. After I called to find out why I had not heard from anyone, I was informed that the paperwork had been processed but the medical equipment I needed wasn't in stock & when it would be in stock was unknown. Why not tell me, while I'm there turning in paperwork, that it wasn't in stock? And please do not make patients/customers wait for no reason AND have them call to find out what's going on. I made the 3 1/2 hour trip from my home in Fayetteville Tennessee to AT HOME MEDICAL SUPPLY located in Montgomery, Alabama in order to be fitted with a suitable CPAP mask and professional advice regarding my CPAP journey. It was definitely worth every drop of gas and every mile traveled!! I owe a depth of gratitude to their RESPIRATORY THERAPIST by the name of CHRIS. I met with Wayne yesterday because I was having trouble with my mask and cushion. He was very kind, understanding and professional. He spent a lot of time with me and ensured I had the correct cushion and showed me how to adjust the mask and explained in detail the proper us of my machine. I had the best night's sleep last night following Wayne's advice.
I went there this morning because my BPAP had stopped pumping air. The staff were awesome and treated my problem as if it was their own. They took the time to look over my machine and replace it. Very wonderful experience.
Kathy was delightful ! I could not walk well and she came to my car to get my paperwork and prescription , to me this is above and beyond! She is an asset to your company and I will surely refer others to your place of business and Kathy!
