I made the 3 1/2 hour trip from my home in Fayetteville Tennessee to AT HOME MEDICAL SUPPLY located in Montgomery, Alabama in order to be fitted with a suitable CPAP mask and professional advice regarding my CPAP journey. It was definitely worth every drop of gas and every mile traveled!! I owe a depth of gratitude to their RESPIRATORY THERAPIST by the name of CHRIS. I met with Wayne yesterday because I was having trouble with my mask and cushion. He was very kind, understanding and professional. He spent a lot of time with me and ensured I had the correct cushion and showed me how to adjust the mask and explained in detail the proper us of my machine. I had the best night's sleep last night following Wayne's advice.
I went there this morning because my BPAP had stopped pumping air. The staff were awesome and treated my problem as if it was their own. They took the time to look over my machine and replace it. Very wonderful experience.
Kathy was delightful ! I could not walk well and she came to my car to get my paperwork and prescription , to me this is above and beyond! She is an asset to your company and I will surely refer others to your place of business and Kathy!
Terrible customer service. Gave me false information regarding me getting a new CPAP machine. It took my insurance representative to contact them on my behalf. I did not receive my initial defective and recalled CPAP from this provider and I did not receive the inadequate replacement CPAP from this provider but yet each time my doctor sent my prescription and order for a new CPAP to this provider I was told by this provider my insurance would not cover it because it had not been 4 years since receiving my initial CPAP.
