I don’t usually do this but the man that assisted me yesterday seem like he was irritable and really did not want to help. Some how my daughter back feel off her nebulizer and I wanted to see how I could get another he told me to call the manufacturer so I asked for the number he told me I would look it up. It is a convenient location but some of the employees are not trained properly and can be rude at times. Brittany is a pleasure to work with however she is the only one I’ve had a good experience with. Can’t recommend until changes are made there.
Called for a change of address and some questions about my account. I seemed to have inconvenienced the customer service person. Hopefully I will have better luck next time because I feel like I will have to call again in the future as the call left me with zero confidence in this company.
Dropped off Doctor's orders and insurance information for medical equipment. Waited over a week and didn't receive a phone call. After I called to find out why I had not heard from anyone, I was informed that the paperwork had been processed but the medical equipment I needed wasn't in stock & when it would be in stock was unknown. Why not tell me, while I'm there turning in paperwork, that it wasn't in stock? And please do not make patients/customers wait for no reason AND have them call to find out what's going on.
