I don’t usually do this but the man that assisted me yesterday seem like he was irritable and really did not want to help. Some how my daughter back feel off her nebulizer and I wanted to see how I could get another he told me to call the manufacturer so I asked for the number he told me I would look it up. I googled and found the number they had no problem with giving her a new 1 why did he not suggest this in the first place. It is a convenient location but some of the employees are not trained properly and can be rude at times. Brittany is a pleasure to work with however she is the only one I’ve had a good experience with. Can’t recommend until changes are made there.

Called for a change of address and some questions about my account. I seemed to have inconvenienced the customer service person. Hopefully I will have better luck next time because I feel like I will have to call again in the future as the call left me with zero confidence in this company.
