I set up everything over the phone since I was out of town. I told them a tenant had moved out, and the apartment needed a deep clean. They arrived late but stated the house was cleaned after 2hrs. I returned to the Unit a month later, and it looked like it was not touched. The walls were still dirty, as well as baseboards, doors, and windows.
