I contracted with AHIF 18 months in advance to lease a villa in Provence, September 2017, predicated on the assurance that a new kitchen would be installed, as our #1 priority was cooking at the villa. The payments were made, and acknowledged based on a new kitchen. It never happened. AHIF renegotiated a small discount, but never made whole on their promises.
