My wife needed physical therapy and occupational therapy, and needed to start at home as she had two major surgeries. This company pushed back and did not want to take her as a client despite having great health insurance coverage. I was advised it was because she is not medicare age. Then all of the poor excuses we were given because of the therapist cancelling on us. I needed continued physical therapy at home after I fell and broke my ankle and wrist.I was certainly happy with the physical therapist Kristen that came out. I feel I got more from her than when I was in rehab. She was always on time and always came when scheduled. I would certainly use them again if needed.

This was my first experience with any type of home health care. I can tell ya it was a fantastic experience. The ladies that came to the house to take care of me were professional and very positive. I could not have asked for better care! They are a great team!

The therapists are good. The problem I have is the office coordinating with these therapists. There have been times they never show up.
