Ive been seen 3 times a week for a couple months now and most of the time it's by a nurse named Kory. This young man is at the top of his game and is in general an amazing nurse and very caring individual that I can't speak good enough about.
I will be disconnecting services with At Home Health very disappointed.
It has been 3 weeks since my Dad was discharged from Providence Park Rehab for a broken hip. At Home was approved by the insurance company. Some assessments have been done but NOT ANY PHYSICAL THERAPY as of today. Phone calls are not returned. This is a completely worthless service whose administrators do not care about doing a good job...or doing their job at all. We will let everyone know what a bad experience we have had.
