Shameful experience. I called to ask for information and politely asked in English if there was a Spanish translator available to ensure clear communication. The receptionist simply hung up on me. This is a total lack of respect and a discriminatory attitude. If they are not equipped or willing to assist the Hispanic community, they should be professional about it, but hanging up the phone is extremely rude. Don't waste your time here!

They are unequipped to deal with Alzheimer’s patients. Don’t use them. They never communicate when they are sending a person over. The people who they send over have no clue what sundowning is. One attendant let my mom walk very far without her rollator, even though I’d just told her that my mom had fallen earlier in the week and had to get an x ray. My experience with At home Harmony & the Guide Program was phenomenal. The nurse Deena and & Ms. Conovor helped me tremendously with my Father's health concerns. The Guide Program was also of tremendous assistance to me & my Father the patient. Tara guided me through issues of dementia and other resources that I could use. The phone calls from Tara checking on my Dad and addressing issues as they appeared was so helpful.
