Great Service Took my TV in for repair a couple of years ago. They fixed the problem, I had also lost my remote for it & they found an extra in there shop & gave it to me. There prices were great. I hopefully won't have to use them again..but will if I ever have another tv problem.

tv repair great service, I brought my tv in on a monday they called be a few hours later with est. I oked the repair and it was done by the end of the day and the price was way better than buying a new tv! My kids were so happy to not be without there tv! friendly service, its nice to see there is a company that treats there customer like a person and not a number
Their service is by far the worst service I have ever received. The secretaries in the office are rude, and get very upset when you ask to speak to the technicians. They are one of the most unprofessional businesses I have been to. Instead I highly recommend Precision VCR TV Service in Richland, they were wonderful.
I have been in the store twice and called a handful of times, even though I have not had any repairs done, their customer service was excellent and I will definately go to them with any future repairs.
