All seemed good with At Home Carpet & Flooring until we were informed that vinyl flooring at a special discounted price was no longer in stock however you can select another one for the same price. Not happy but OK. Installer gets here hours late. Stomps around the kitchen floor then Informs us that the existing sub flooring must be removed. In order to do this all kitchen cabinets must be removed so a new sub floor can be installed (This was not in the contract). We say no way. Installer calls boss. On phone boss gets nasty... read more
I dont even want to give this place a star. The owner is rude, and unprofessional. I scheduled my free at home estimate for my boyfriends ********** were not home when they arrived, instead of contacting me personally they let my boyfriends brother sign the contract (drunk & hes bipolar) so I tried canceling the ************** trying to charge me over 600$ for no work, they didnt explain anything to him, took 300$ and they didnt contact the lease holder.
HORRIBLE QUALITY OF FLOORS THAT WERE INSTALLED AT MY OFFICE. AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY STARTED LIFTING AND CHIPPING. I CALLED NUMBEROUS TIMES AND THEY WOULD SAY THAT THEY WERE COMING AND NOTHING...A NO SHOW. AFTER 1.5YRS OF CALLING THEM, I HAD NO CHOICE BUT TO PLACE AN ONLINE REVIEW.DO NOT USE THEM. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY THERE'S NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTERWARDS.

Unfortunately ***** like ot fabricate things. ***** forgets to state she has three other offices and we have done all three offciesin the same material . ***** was told they are not to use chairs with wheels unless they put plastic pads under them . I expressed to here from the beginning as she inserted to buy cheap products that if she did not use the right product and the right plastic pads underneath the wheels of the chairs she would ultimately have problems . Does not fix install issues and when brought up took 4+ months to have someone come back out to not fix all the issues. ********* would not call business owner with my issues and I told him to leave since he was not going to fix. Received a call after saying I threatened the installer and was harassing the business. I filed a police report as the owner said over the phone I know where you live. Idol threat that cannot be proven as a terroristic threat per the police. ****** was filed to be on record.

There is a big issue MONTHS of ISSUES. • Your guys didn’t order enough when he measured and of course you guys blamed us for your companies neglect • Your guys did a hack job that put our floors in. Yet we still used your business when we should of never called back • your guys came and remeasured and you told us we added square footage and your guy said we didn’t.
