Absolutely horrible installation and customer service! They cracked a panel on my car after replacing the windshield and didn't say anything about it. I noticed when I went to remove the tape they left on the car. When I reached out, the guy immediately knew which side and just hadn't planned on saying anything. They said they would order and replace the piece, so I was like ok, things happen. A week later, no show. I call and they said it went to the wrong location.
